Cancer Patients Europe supports the ASCERTAIN project — an EU initiative developing accessible tools for pricing, value assessment, and reimbursement of healthcare technologies. This survey targets a broad range of stakeholders including patients, policymakers, HTA bodies, payers, healthcare providers, and technology developers, with the aim of exploring how Cost-Effectiveness Thresholds (CETs) are currently applied, how their importance is perceived, and what factors could improve the definition of “value” in healthcare decision-making across Europe. Findings will inform the development of patient-centred HTA frameworks.
