Focusing on immunocompromised and high-risk individuals — including cancer patients — it analyses best practices in vaccination, care guidelines, treatment access, healthcare communication, and surveillance across Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and Sweden. The document issues concrete policy recommendations to governments, health ministries, and professional societies to ensure continued protection for vulnerable populations in the post-pandemic era.
