This scientific congress poster, presented at ESMO 2023, reports findings from the myC Genomics and Breast Cancer European Patient Survey conducted across five EU countries. Among 566 women with HR+/HER2− breast cancer eligible for genomic testing, only 21.6% were informed of their eligibility. The study highlights critical gaps in patient awareness, clinician communication, and access to genomic testing, and calls for improved shared decision-making and patient education across Europe.
