This joint Call to Action, signed by 39 representatives of the EU health community and co-published by Cancer Patients Europe, responds to the publication of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Regulation in the Official Journal of the EU. It sets out three areas of recommendation: the effective functioning and composition of the EHDS Stakeholder Forum, sustainable capacity building and EU-level funding, and the transparency and governance of the EHDS Board. The document calls on policymakers to ensure inclusive, transparent, and well-resourced implementation of the EHDS across all stakeholder groups.
